- How Far do you travel?​
A: We are located in Gatesville, NC. The standard pricing fees include North East NC and Hampton Roads. Out side that area, please ask for quote.
- Are there any restrictions?
A: Yes and no. We can do pretty much anything you want. Distance is really the only major factor.
- How many people can ride?
A: Up to four.
- Are permits needed?
A: Generally no. We are considered a vehicle. However if your event is on public (ex: military establishment) or private property, government or private permission will be needed in writing to bring the horse onto a premises.
- What about "droppings"
A: The horse has a courtesy bag.
- I have a beach wedding. Can you go in the sand?
A: No. The carriage is like a train. There is a lot of weight put on a very small space of the wheel. The carriage will sink to its axels.
- When is payment due?
A: Payment: Cash, Check, or Credit Card

A: Full Payment is due upon your booking.
- What does the coachman and footman wear?
A: Typically a tuxedo. If themed event, theme attire
What if it rains/snows?
A: In the event of snow, If we can't make it to your event, you get a refund or if your event is postponed we can make it up at a later time.

A: Rain: The carriage has a hood. We also will cover the seats in clear plastic.

A: If the weather is terrible, with proper notice of cancellation, there will be no penalty and you will be refunded or not charged for that day.
- How far in advanced do bookings need to be?
A: The sooner the better. If given enough time, we can even do same day. Due to time, we can only perform one venue per day..
- Can I pet the horse?
A: Yes.
